About the Project

Location: Mt Eliza, Mornington Peninsula

The coastal garden was thoughtfully designed to frame and enhance the grand Hamptons-style home, delivering a bold and refined landscape that balances structure with softness. At the entry, a formal arrival is established through layered plantings of clipped spheres and an advanced palm tree that anchors the space. Curved stone walls encase the upper golf putting green.

The rear garden opens to a raised lawn and pool area bordered by curated coastal hedging and architectural topiary shrubs. A sunken fire pit and pizza oven area, complete with pergola and a stone chimney, creates a tucked-away retreat perfect for entertaining—offering ocean views and shelter from the wind.
